We are seeking caring, compassionate, skilled support workers to join our team for a start date in the first quarter of 2020.
The following skills and attributes are required:
· Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability/Aged Care (highly desirable)
· Current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (Children) registration
· Smart phone
· Valid Driver's Licence
· Late model, reliable vehicle, with insurances
· Current First Aid Certificate
· Willingness and skills to work compassionately with people from possibly different and diverse backgrounds, in a client's own home
· A desire and focus to help clients with a disability would be highly regarded
· The right to live and work in Australia is mandatory

Community Care TASMANIA is a local, award winning organisation which provides home care services to aged and people with a disability, and has been operating in Tasmania for 30 years.
Due to continued business growth in the south, we are urgently seeking suitably qualified and enthusiastic workers to support our clients, and in particular young clients who are living with a disability.
Initially the role will assist our clients who need support getting ready for and then travelling to and from school each day. Weekend and school holiday support may also be required of the successful candidates. The successful person may also have the opportunity to work additional shifts as relief for other members of the team.
Please note: Our current clients frequently have a preference for female support workers.
