Giving to Community Care TASMANIA

Community Care TASMANIA is a Launceston based, local not-for-profit organisation owned by its members who support the choice of ageing at home, and we can help you stay living in the home you love. We tailor our support to suit your individual needs, and give you peace of mind that we are there to help you have a plan in place accommodating your changing needs.

During our 30 years of service we have evolved from roots in our migrant communities into a unique organisation providing exceptional home and aged care services to the broader Tasmanian community whilst maintaining our specialty in multicultural care.

Recently we have been awarded a number of generous donations and grants from government and community sources. These include the WD Booth Estate Foundation, the Australian Government’s Better Access to Palliative Care in Tasmania Programme and the Tasmania Community Fund.

These grants directly support the impact and diversity of our community program. Now you have the opportunity to support us to continue to provide the best possible community and well-being program by making a donation or making a bequest through your will to Community Care TASMANIA.

Your bequest or donation to our community work can help bring a great sense of connection and well-being to the aged and their carers.

All donations are tax deductible.
