The Community Care TASMANIA Live Well Live Longer free Expo has had a fantastic line-up of things to see, taste, hear and do. The aim of the event was to encourage people of all ages to life their best life and to provide information and ideas on how to.
Highlight of the day were the cooking demonstrations by local celebrities, the 'Four Roses' flour ladies.
The event was held ad the Punchbowl Christian Centre on Wednesday, April 17.

It was a fantastic day and I had a great time, it's definitively been worthwhile for me. I was flat out all day so that is a fantastic indication.
Thank you for all the work you put in to making such a fantastic event.
